  • Certificate from PetroBangla ( In case of Diesel or Petrol Business)
  • Rental Deed Agreement
  • Tin Certificate
  • VAT certificate
  • Electricity Bill
  • Last Educational Certificate
  • IRC & IRE ( In case of Export/ Import business)
  • Stock Report
  • List of Fixed Assets
  • List of debtors
  • List of creditors
  • Description of Loans ( In case the business is currently availing any loan)
  • Passport Size Photo
  • Financial report ( Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement)
  • Certificate of Incorporation and memorandum of articles (For Pvt. Ltd. company)
  • List of present directors
  • Audited Balance Sheet
  • Board Resolution
  • Partnership deed (In case of partnership concern)
  • Partnership resolution
